Yoga Class for Queers

Pay What You Can sessions 19 Mar 11 am -12 pm and 25th March 5 pm -6 pm Be guided through a flow of movement with breathwork. Each session will follow a theme and may be accompanied by music. There will be options to pause and reflect or to deepen postures, and end with a short meditation.
